To apply for a service anywhere, forms should be filled either using pen and paper or through online forms. Forms are usually filled by printing out a blank form and writing all the necessary information using a pen. The drawback of this method is that its very time consuming and printing facilities may not always be available. Instead of going through all these hassles, forms can be filled with the help of PDF file. You can use any word processing software you like, just to convert it to normal PDF document. Follow the process given below to make the normal PDF into editable form.
Making a PDF Form
- Open any word formatting software i.e., Ms. word, Adobe InDesign etc.., and do the setting as per the requirement.
- Save the page in PDF format
- Go to www.sejda.com
- Upload the created PDF to the site and the page will now be opened with some toolbars. Use the text field toolbar to create a text field wherever needed. Text fields can be placed just by dragging and placing it directly on the field where information are to be entered.
- If your form has multiple options, you can either use the radio button toolbar or checkbox toolbar where the users can select any of the options.
- After creating all the input fields, click on download PDF. The PDF Form will now be downloaded and the text field is now visible and can be inputted by the user.

The advantage of using PDF Forms is that any corrections can be made directly in the PDF file without any wastage of paper. If it is handwritten text, it maybe confusing to read the text.
There is no need to make a hardcopy. The file can be stored digitally in the computer for future reference.
